Who This Policy Covers
This policy applies to Trueleaf Finance ("Trueleaf", "we", "us") and to information collected on trueleaffinance.com, through the request form on it, and in phone calls, texts and emails about a funding request. The address and phone number of Trueleaf Finance are on the contact page. Effective date: October 18, 2026.
Information You Give Us
When you send the request form, we receive the following categories of information:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Company name, when you enter one
- Time in business (a pick-list range)
- Annual revenue (a pick-list range)
- Requested amount (a pick-list range)
- Your consent choice and the date and time you gave it
If a request moves forward, you may also share business records such as bank statements, tax returns, quotes, purchase agreements and ownership details, and personal information a funding partner needs to review the request, such as identification and credit information.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, this site and the services that run it receive technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the referring page and the time of the visit. The request form is provided by a third-party form service that receives what you type into it. If you choose to load the map on the contact page, your browser contacts Google to display it.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your request, call or text you about it, and answer questions
- To prepare your request and send it to funding partners whose programs may fit
- To keep records of requests, consents and communications
- To keep trueleaffinance.com running, safe and improving
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms
How Information Is Shared
Request details go to funding partners so each can review them and decide whether to make an offer. Partners use it under their own privacy policies. We also share information with service providers that help us run the website, the form, phone and text messaging and record keeping, and when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Calls and Text Messages
If you consent on the form, we may call and text you about your request, including with automated technology. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help. Nobody has to consent in order to buy anything. The SMS terms page in the footer has the details.
Keeping Information
We keep request information for as long as needed to handle the request, keep business records and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive records by ordinary email unless we ask you to and agree on how.
Your Choices
You can ask us to update or delete information you have given us, or to stop contacting you, by calling the number on the contact page. Reply STOP to any Trueleaf text and the texts end. Some information may need to be kept to meet legal obligations or for records of consent.
Children
trueleaffinance.com is written for business owners, not for children under 13. Trueleaf does not knowingly gather children's information.
Changes to This Policy
Trueleaf can revise this policy; the date above tracks changes. The effective date above shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
